I saw this vintage photo the other day while scrolling social media. And then saw the little blurb written by author Hanya Yanagihara that went with it.
It's a wonderful tribute to true friendship.
We don't all need to be alike or think alike to have true friends. We just need someone who cares for us the way they care about themselves.
Someone who wants the best for you no matter what. That's trust.
